We collect what we need to ship you products and to turn your opinions into insight for brands. Your real name and address are used only for delivery and are never shared with the brands whose products you review.

2. What we collect

• Account details: your email address and password.
• Shipping details: your real name and postal address, used to deliver products.
• Survey responses: your answers to perception questions.
• Technical and device data: your IP address and browser information (such as your user-agent and request headers), captured when you create an account or submit a form. We use this to operate the service and to detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Seller inquiries: if you contact us as a brand or seller, the email, name, marketplaces, and product category you provide in the request form.

3. How we use it

• To ship products to you under your Tester Identity.
• To operate the panel and maintain your Tester Identity profile.
• To produce aggregated perception reports for brands.
• To secure the service and prevent fraud or abuse.

4. What brands see

Brands receive aggregated perception data tied to Tester Identities, never your real name, email, or address. Your personal contact and shipping details are not disclosed to brands.

5. Who we share with

We share data only with service providers that help us operate, such as shipping carriers and infrastructure vendors, and only as needed to provide the service. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to operate the panel and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time.

Technical and device data (IP address and browser headers) collected at signup or when you submit a form is kept for no longer than 12 months, then deleted, unless we need it longer to investigate fraud or abuse.

7. Your choices

You can access, correct, or delete your account data, and opt out of the panel, by contacting us. We will honor applicable privacy rights under the laws that apply to you.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your shipping details private and access-controlled.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date.
