Tom built Testriva to fix a problem he kept running into: brands making product decisions based on focus groups and surveys that had nothing to do with how real people actually perceived their products in everyday life. Testriva's approach is different. Participants receive products under a persistent Tester Identity, keep everything they receive, and answer a short perception survey per item. No coin systems, no offer walls, no spam. The result is honest consumer insight that brands can act on, and a transparent, privacy-first experience for the people who do the testing.
